We have a large clean room available in our 5x2 home. $200 per week inclusive of bills. With a separate entrance to the main part of the house and a separate kitchen/laundry, bathroom and toilet area. You will find this a very quiet space and private away from the family. There is good storage space in the room with a single king size bed and a table with chairs. The kitchen has a new cooker, a microwave, a fridge freezer and has washing machine with a dryer. The Bathroom has a shower and a bath and there is a separate toilet .
This may suit a student that has a part time job and wants a comfortable clean home in peaceful surroundings.
Car or bike is recommended for travelling, although the transperth bus stop is not far. Parking is available. We are close to the City and ECU Mount Lawley is about 10 mins 5km drive away. The property is secure with a monitored alarm and we have security on all windows. There is also ducted heating in the winter in all the rooms and airconditioning for the summer. The swimming pool and nice garden can be used too.
Weekly lodgings include all bills (Gas, Elec, Water, etc) so no extra's to pay at all.
Bond is $800 - Room is available from 6th September 2008.
Police clearance is necessary together with copy of drivers licence or passport.
